Grazing land

We have a number of sites available to let for grazing cattle, sheep, horses or mowing grass.
Grazing land is offered on a 360 day licence agreement.
Our policy is to offer a new licence to the previous licence holder in the first instance. Therefore vacancies are rare and would usually be advertised in the local press.
Licence fees
The licence fee depends on the size and location of the field.
Terms of the licence will be discussed when a site is offered. Each licence agreement is subject to a one off payment of £35 + VAT to cover administrative costs.
