Cumbria Compact
We are signed up to Cumbria Compact. They promote the public, voluntary and community sectors working together for their communities.
Armed Forces Support
We are committed to giving fair support to members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families and have signed an Armed Forces Community Covenant.
Along with our partners and the wider community in Cumbria, we offer recognition help and support to the Armed Forces community. Addressing issues such as:
- housing
- education
- health care
- child support
- environmental challenges
The military will continue to develop support for local communities through community events, charity support and supporting community projects.
